We can host up to 100 day guests for functions and events.
For overnight accomodations the farmhouse itself sleeps up to 22 guests. The waterside bunkie sleeps up to 3 guests. The dome sleeps up to 4 guests.
Our wedding packages are tiered based on guest count, and for corporate and wellness retreats we recommend a lower event capacity due to sleeping arrangements.

We love our local community and want to continue to build strong relationships with our neighbours. We are strict when it comes to noise levels and there is no music past 10pm and do not allow PA systems, DJs or large speakers. Reasonable and respectable noise volume is allowed. We have audio and video on the outside of the property to monitor noise levels.

We might be able arrange outside set up to take place a several hours before your check-in time. This will need to be coordinated ahead of time. Same applies for take-down procedure. Depending on bookings, take-down can happen up to 24 hrs after your event. Check with us to coordinate set up and take down logistics.

Cleaning services for the property are added to the booking. Additional fees may apply if extra cleaning is required after your departure. We have onsite laundry facility that all our guests are welcome to use

Unfortunately, we do not cater to overnight camping. All guests are to stay in our accommodations provided.
