Wedding season (April–October) typically books 8–12 months ahead, especially for weddings during the summer months. Elopements, which are available year-round, tend to be more flexible with booking timelines, sometimes arranged 3–6 months ahead or even shorter notice. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date, but welcome last-minute inquiries. 

A 50% downpayment is required at booking to reserve your date and lock in current pricing, with the remaining balance due one month prior to your wedding date.

Yes! We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats to join your celebration. Our 24 acres offer safe space to explore, and many couples include pets in ceremonies or receptions. Pets must be supervised and cleaned up after, ensuring our property stays beautiful for all guests.

50% Down Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and lock in current pricing. The remaining balance is due no later than one month before your wedding date. A Wedding Package Contract will be prepared for signature once your deposit is received.

Noise Policy
To respect our peaceful surroundings and neighbours, all amplified music must end by 11 PM, with winding down recommended by 10 PM. Live bands, DJs, and large PA systems are not permitted. Non-compliance will result in $1,000 withheld from the damage deposit.

Portable Washrooms
Events with more than 40 guests must rent a portable washroom at their own expense to protect our septic system. The unit should be delivered before the event and promptly removed afterward.

$1,000 Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is due one month prior to your event. It covers potential property damage, missing items, or violations of policy. If no issues occur, it will be fully refunded after your event.

Event Liability Insurance
All weddings must carry special event liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage. Proof of insurance is required prior to the event. A liquor license is only required if alcohol will be sold (not if it’s being served privately).
