Comprehensive FAQs

For corporate retreats, our farmhouse can sleep up to 15 guests (no bed sharing). For other events, our farmhouse can sleep up to 24 guests (with bed sharing).
For weddings, family reunions, or other private events, our property can comfortably accommodate 40-100 guests. Just note that up to 24 vehicles can be parked on the property.

In the farmhouse:
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed
The Lakeview room has a queen-sized bed
The Barn View room has 2 single beds and 2 single trundle beds that can roll out from under each one
One basement bunk room has 2 single over double beds
The other basement bunk room has 2 single over double bunk beds
Our glamping domes have:
1 queen bed and 1 pull-out couch each

We can arrange for any outside setup to take place several hours before your check-in date. This will need to be coordinated ahead of time. The same applies to the take-down procedure. Depending on bookings, take-down can happen up to 24 hours after your event. When you book your event, we will thoroughly coordinate set-up and take-down logistics with you in further detail.

Yes, we have a fully stocked kitchen. We provide basic condiments but encourage our guests to bring their own favourite herbs and spices. We also have a Keurig coffee machine and a drip coffee machine, but please make sure to bring your own coffee and filters.

For wedding events, we recommend booking well in advance to ensure nothing is overlooked. Make sure to look through our wedding packages, where all information is provided, including noise policy, deposits, add-ons, our vendor recommendations, and more.

We are located on a small bay off the Crowe River. Because we sit on a small bay of water, swimming off the dock is not recommended because of the large lily pads; however, you can hop in a kayak or canoe and paddle to a more easily accessible swimming spot. Fishing is also popular, with large/small-mouth bass, muskie, pike, walleye, black crappie and perch being frequently caught.

Absolutely, pets are permitted in both the farmhouse and glamping domes, but there is a $50 fee per pet. They must remain on leash near our alpacas and horses. If they cause any damage, additional fees will be applied.

We want to make your stay as fun and enjoyable as possible, which is why we have options such as cedar saunas, steam pods and cold plunge tubs to promote detox and muscle recovery, alpaca walks and feeding for guests of all ages, a private chef for personalized dining experiences, and more.

Yes, we have an 8-person indoor Nordic hot tub that is available for use in the colder months from September to June; however, we can extend these dates for a nominal fee. We also have an outdoor pool that is available for use from July June to September, weather permitting. It is unheated and used at guests' own risk.

Additionally, a variety of restaurants are conveniently located just a short drive away in Marmora, including Theo's Pizzeria, Tap & Tonic, and Miner's Restaurant.

Yes, we have an outdoor fire pit that is perfect for gatherings (and making s'mores!). We also have an indoor fireplace that helps create a cozy, peaceful, and comfortable environment, perfect for the colder months.
