  • Rates: Our accomodations use dynamic pricing, rates may change depending on supply, demand, seasonality. Minimum stay requirements may apply.

    Check-In/Out: 4 PM / 10 AM. You’ll receive detailed self-check-in instructions 7 days before your stay. Early check-in or late checkout is available for $50 each.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • 30+ days: Full refund

    • 15–29 days: 50% refund

    • Under 14 days: Deposit forfeited. If something unexpected comes up, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to help.

    • A pre-authorization of $1000 (farmhouse) or $500 (domes) is held on the credit card provided 1 day before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure.

    Noice Policy: Out of respect for our neighbours we do not allow loud music past 10:00 PM, and all music. After 11:00 p.m., noise must be kept to a minimum. Be respectful of neighbors who live nearby, as sound travels easily across the lake and through the countryside.

    Pet Policy: Friendly dogs are welcome in both the farmhouse and domes (max 2 pets per booking, $50 each for domes). Please keep them leashed near the alpacas. Service animals stay free.

  •  Your own food and drinks (including coffee), toiletries, weather-ready clothing, outdoor gear, and firewood for domes (ask about on-site availability).

    Bedding, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning service is provided at all accomodations.
